- INMANO has well-designed, insulated, air-conditioned and ventilated painting, coating, laminating, assembly workshops and offices in the 1000 square meter facility.
- We have Siemens NX CAD/CAM products for computer-aided design and manufacturing software for tool design.
- We can produce models, plugs, fixtures from Aluminum, Epoxy/PU Block and Wood with our low tolerance 4 Axis Swing Head Full Screw Drive 4x2x1 m CNC Router.
- We can produce molds with Wet Lay-up with Polyester resin and Vacuum Infusion with Epoxy.
Our Capacities
Model, Mold and Fixture Manufacturing:
INMANO, High precision, 4 Axis, all motion axes are driven by ball screw shaft 4x2x1 m CNC Router with Aluminum, Epoxy/PU Block and Wood models, molds and fixtures are manufactured.
Mold Manufacturing:
INMANO, Depending on the size, life expectancy, precision requirement and working conditions of the mold required, uses different production techniques and materials such as Polyester/Vinylester and Epoxy resins and Wet Laying and Vacuum Infusion methods.
