Composite Landing Gear with PU Shock Absorbers

R&D Project

INMANO has successfully completed an R&D project for the design and production of PU Damper Composite Landing Gear meeting FAR23 requirements for use in General Aviation Aircraft and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. Within the scope of the project, a test system was designed and produced to test 2000 kg MTOW aircraft. The first prototype landing gear was completed for 600 kg MTOW aircraft.

IAAD AIRCRAFT CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PROGRAM

R&D Project

IAAD (INMANO AVIATION AIRCRAFT DESIGN) software was developed by INMANO to accelerate and visualize the aircraft conceptual design process, which involves complex mathematical and empirical calculations and uses iterative methods, and to create easily usable data for detail design.

Starting with mass estimation and preliminary sizing, the program can perform two-dimensional aerodynamic profile analysis, fuselage and tail sizing, stability and structural calculations of main elements, and is compatible with open source programs such as XFoil and Digital Dat.com.

The program, which is constantly developed with new modules, saves significant time in the conceptual design process and increases optimization performance.
